Our online yoga classes are conducted via Zoom. Once you book a class, you'll receive a link to join the session. You'll need a device with a camera so the instructor can see your form and provide guidance. Classes are interactive, allowing you to ask questions and receive personalized feedback.
We welcome yogis of all levels! We offer specific beginner-friendly classes that focus on the fundamentals. Our instructors provide modifications for all poses, ensuring everyone can practice safely regardless of experience level. We recommend starting with our 'Yoga Foundations' or 'Gentle Flow' classes.
At minimum, you'll need a yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and a device with a camera and internet connection. Props like blocks, straps, and bolsters can be helpful but aren't required. Many students use household items as substitutes (books for blocks, belts for straps, etc.).
You'll need enough space to lay out your yoga mat and extend your arms fully in all directions. Ideally, your camera should be positioned so the instructor can see your full body during practice.
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule a class up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time. For private sessions, we require 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes.
